With over twenty years of post-graduate work experience in coaching, leadership development, career counseling, executive search, and as top producing Sales, Marketing, Customer Service/Public Relations Management, and Business Development Manager for many performance driven organizations, he brings his wealth of knowledge to bear on his motivation talks, key note addresses and manpower training sessions. He has worked as a Senior Manager in the Tyre Sales and Marketing Division of Dunlop Nigeria Plc for more than 10 years, functioned in the capacities of: District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Wholesales Manager, Acting Exports Manager, Fleet Sales and Service Manager (South), Marketing Coordinator, and later in the Corporate Affairs Department as the Public Relations Manager. He has also functioned in the past eight years, as an Associate Trainer, Business/Management Consultant, Business Group Head and General Manager (Business Development).
He has been involved in activities directed at people effectiveness in organizations, management of strategic alliances, formulation and implementation of sustainable strategies for business growth and profitability.
