Revd. Olukayode O. OYEBODE (FCIPM, HRPL, MNITAD)


Revd. Olukayode O. OyebodeKayode is a Management and HR Professional, Trainer and Consultant. He was a member of Council and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). Kayode was for several years until August 2015 the Chairman of the Membership Committee of the CIPM when he was appointed member of the Board of Fellows CIPM. Kayode has been running bod-karon consulting (Human Capital Management, Training & Leadership Solutions Providers) as Managing Partner/CEO since 1st July 2004. Prior to setting up the consulting outfit, he had 22years post-graduate work experience across functions in various capacities as Personnel Manager, Divisional Personnel Director, Company Recruitment and Development Manager, Company Training and Development Manager, Area Manager, Ag Group Head of Human Resources, Divisional Bread Director and Vehicle Marketing Manager in UACN
Group.

In February 2006, he was invited by the then Intercontinental Bank Plc now Access Bank Plc to head their HR and Admin as Group Executive. In February 2009, he moved to the Marketing function and was appointed Regional Business Controller Lagos Island, a job he did for 7months before he resigned his appointment in December 2009 to return to his consulting outfit again as Managing Partner/CEO to-date.
He was on a contract briefly with the Nigeria Railways Corporations as Deputy Director Human Resources & Administration as part of it revitalization process.

Kayode is a great motivator, an extrovert, an amiable team player, trainer and effective communicator.
He has run various consultancy and training programs including Annual Seminars and conferences for various organizations and
handled papers on Leadership, Team-Work, Attitude and other inspirational topics for a number of companies and institutions.
He has also participated in various Career Counseling Chats and Mock Interviews with MBA students of the Lagos Business School.
